Welcome to the Regional Transporation Authority Population and Employment Statistics Mapping Application
This interactive mapping application allows users to query user defined geographies to obtain current and projected
population and employment statistics for the years 2020, 2030 and 2050. Click the 
icon to select either the draw or
buffer tool to define the area you wish to obtain statistics.
Draw
Select the draw icon and click the ‘Freehand Polygon’ button. Hold down the left mouse button and draw your desired geography and the associated statistics will display. To clear this selection click the ‘Clear’ button.
Buffer
Select the buffer icon and click ‘Add Buffer’. Then select the desired buffer distance: 1 mile, ½ mile, or ¼ mile. Click the desired location on the map and the map will display the associated statistics for the defined buffered area.
